What do successful people have in common? An advisor — someone who gives them unbiased, unfiltered advice, usually from outside their field. Most leaders assume a friend or former colleague fills that role. Unfortunately, advice from friends is comfortable, and leaders don't grow in comfort. An advisor has no stake in your politics and no reason to soften anything. They want to see you succeed and grow.
You bring the situations you're facing and we work through them together: the difficult employee, the decisions you keep mulling over, or the ideas and processes you're looking to implement. All coaching is conducted virtually, and between calls you can email or text us as things come up.
Emerging Leader — $149/month
New supervisors, team leads, and first-time managers.

Leaders responsible for teams, budgets, and outcomes.

- A 90-minute strategy session each quarter to step back from the day-to-day

Every engagement starts with a 90-minute session so we understand your role, your team, and what you're up facing.
We recommend planning for at least three months. The first month is largely about understanding your situation; the progress comes after that.
Pathfinder Consulting Program (In Development)
The Pathfinder Program is a comprehensive leadership and organizational improvement program focused on strengthening decision-making, execution, and leadership development. We assess five critical areas—Clarity, Expectations, Accountability, Bench Strength, and Culture—to identify where leadership systems and practices are influencing performance. We then work alongside your leaders to translate those findings into practical solutions, build leadership and management capability, and implement systems that improve how the organization operates day to day.
Pathfinder provides leaders with a clear understanding of current conditions, a focused plan for improvement, and the coaching and tools needed to carry that plan forward.
